Terms of Use Agreement
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the web service and related functions (the "Service") provided by PALIRENT (the "Company", "we" or "our"). By using the Service, you confirm your agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Subject of Agreement
The Service provides users with a software platform for organizing and managing car rental and other vehicle rental. The basic functionality is conditionally free. Payment is required for the use of additional services (geocoding, address search, SMS and email sending) and when package limits are exceeded.
2. Pricing Plans
The Service provides several pricing plans with different limits and functionality. All prices are listed in EUR. Payment is made in advance for the selected period.

Full Plan
€149.0/month
Free Plan: up to 30 orders per month. When the limit is exceeded, orders are not created, requiring a transition to a paid plan.
Paid plans: provide extended limits and functionality according to the description above.

The Service provides several pricing plans with different limits and functionality. All prices are listed in EUR. Payment is made in advance for the selected period.
3. Usage Restrictions
Users are obligated to use the Service only for lawful purposes. It is prohibited to bypass pricing plan limits. The Company reserves the right to restrict access in case of violations or abuse of the Service.
4. Payment and Refunds
Payment is made through payment systems available on the website. Refunds are possible only in cases provided by law and refund policy. In case of non-payment, the subscription is automatically terminated.
5. Liability
The Service is provided "as is" (AS IS), without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. The Company is not liable for losses caused by the use or inability to use the Service. The user bears full responsibility for data entered and processed in the Service.
6. Privacy and Data
We process users' personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The user agrees to the processing and storage of data within the framework of the Service operation.
7. Changes to Terms
The Company has the right to change these Terms. The updated version is published on the website and takes effect from the moment of publication. Continued use of the Service means agreement with the changes.
8. Termination of Access
Users may stop using the Service at any time. The Company may suspend or terminate access in case of Terms violations.
9. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation. All disputes are subject to consideration in the competent court at the place of registration of the Company.
